# Swap & Bridge (S\&B)

The Jwallet gives you not only the option to directly <mark style="color:purple;">**swap**</mark> tokens within your wallet but also to <mark style="color:purple;">**bridge**</mark> them between different chains and swap them from one chain to another.

Eg. You can swap Matic on Polygon for $STAK on Erc-20 directly within the Jwallet.
