When you click CREATE WALLET the jWallet will automatically create a new seed phrase. (see what's a seed phrase here)
The new Seed will be displayed on jWallet.
You are expected to save and store the seed phrase in a secure location. Read the following passages

When you click NEXT you are expected to fill out the missing seed words in the sequence of their original seed sequence that was revealed in the previous step.
Once you have successfully filled out the missing phrase, your wallet will be setted up,
You can go back to any of these stages anytime unless the success screen is seen, and the account is considered not to be created.
Congrats. You can now switch to the home page and start using your jWallet account.

once you have created your first account from your new SEED you will be able to create infinite accounts from the same SEED.
Each account will in turn have its own Private Key.
