On the Jwallet, in the Swap & Bridge section, you can decide to send your tokens from one chain to another directly to another wallet in one step.

Example

If, for example, you want to send MATIC to another wallet but only have ETH, you can go to the Swap & Bridge section and directly exchange ETH on the ERC-20 network with MATIC on the Polygon network and have them go directly to the address you chose in Advanced Options.
