# Multi Chain Approach & Rules:

In both cases**,** Lemonade will be able to read the right Tier.\
\
To do this, however, we have only 1 rule:\
**Staking and Maintaining your STAKs on the chain where the sale does not occur at least 48 hours in advance. WITHOUT REMOVING them before the Sale**
